Service is a philosophy not a job.......
It is our 16th anniversary and since we started we have completed nearly 60,000 repairs! Over the years we have been the first to bag, tag and clean, provide same day acknowledgements by e-mail and SMS, electronic booking, on line and live status updates on Skype, estimates by SMS and a standard 3 to 5 working day turn around. We are of course flattered that others have adopted many of these ideas, some have even plagiarised our name, but we thought it would be worth mentioning the difference between us
12 Months Warranty
We "put our money where our mouth is" and are the only service provider who has always offered 12 months warranty on all repairs. If you are looking to have something repaired and you are not offered or they did not always offer 12 months warranty there is a reason.
Qualified, Experienced & Factory Trained Engineers
As well as being factory trained by the manufacturers on their own equipment ALL our engineers are formally qualified in electronic engineering, something that can not be said for all service providers. Importantly our engineers understand that there is more to providing a service than just "fixing it" and every care is taken to ensure your product is restored to the manufacturers original specification, fully tested (not just the repair) and thoroughly cleaned before dispatch.
The Right Tools
We have invested heavily in the right tools for the job and test equipment is regularly serviced and calibrated. We have test equipment approved or even supplied by the manufacturers and specifically designed to cope with today's modern manufacturing techniques. Unlike some we are happy to show pictures of our workshops online.
It's Good To Talk
We are happy to discuss technical problems and as a customer you can speak to our technical team at any time. They are ready to talk you through reinstallation of your repaired equipment and help with any on board problems. This is a free service which we believe you are entitled too even though some providers charge for it.
